I have always loved to explore things. Whenever I
discover something unique I always ask myself why? If cells in a human are
reproducing so why is it occurring and how is it occurring. Science has always
been great deal of interest to me as it questions nature’s existence and
running. Serving humanity has always been my goal and I believe that saving
lives while becoming a doctor is not the only way. Moving to a more advanced
world many unfamiliar diseases have evolved and due to overpopulation, numbers
of patients have increased while the numbers of doctors are limited. I feel
there is a need to develop easier, cheaper and faster methods to cure and
eradicate these diseases and I am ready to carry on this mission.
Even in my A-level studies I opted for Sciences and
Mathematics. The advantage of choosing Mathematics is it will assist me in
medical engineering as every instrument designing is based on calculations and
statistical analysis of behavior of living organisms involve Mathematics.
Chemistry helps in understanding the compositions and behavior of living cells.
Physics aids in designing and precision of instrument.
I am a student who views things differently. I love
to explore things. Community service is something I am made for. I am currently
‘Chief Executive Officer’ of student run NGO of college. I have organized
events for deaf, orphans, acid victims, ‘Special Olympics Pakistan’ and many
more organizations for underprivileged. We have organized New Year
celebrations, sports days, concerts and many more events with them. I also
organized a fundraiser for my NGO in an amusement in which the audience was the
students of Nixor College. I have also served in the field of teaching. I was a
‘Teacher Assistant’ in As-Level for Physics and Mathematics. I use to teach
students who used to have queries in class lectures.
As a student it would be a pleasure to study in
United Kingdom as I believe I will get a healthy environment there. Studying in
UK will not only develop and enhance my academic performance but will also
expose me to professional environment of the course that I am pursuing. I think
that the facilities and equipment provided in universities of UK are highly
advanced and gives us insight of ways we can explore and develop medical
equipment. I visited UK on a cricket tour with my college this autumn and I
found the environment very peaceful and disciplined which is very desirable for
