The manager needs to understand the main influences on behaviour in work organization which is the staff setting relationship (Mullin 1989). The environment, which is the part effects children, and staff in the setting, so make sure are reflected in style of the management opportunities and risk to successful, and to achieve regarding the aims objective The organisation would need to develop and review current policies and procedures in order to minimize the potential and risk of harm to any individual in the setting. All incidents need to be recorded no matter how small the incident may be.  I need to follow policies and procedures of the setting, which it helps to minimize the risk of anyone at the organisation of being harmed. The leadership and management need every one work together as I lead my responsibility is to make sure everything is done properly, while a team needs to show a good vision, and Zeleznik(1977) is independent of development into a stage of a person life routine to similar age division for to development stage.The best way to understand while I supporting children needs to show respect of their choice and values, and give the best service by supporting them with their choice, then when it comes to position and tasks in health would be to explain the realities and situation when is in dangers not only leaving.**I should also make it clear to everyone needs to work together to build and strengthen the relationship that allows the school to achieve its goals. To help improve children learning progress would co-ordinate time to meet family and show them activities which are carried out in the school.Working with children in a workplace can destroy good teamwork if they cannot manage it in the manner as to achieve it, which is real and legal changes between two of them can quickly get out of control which results in a permanent breakdown in communication. I will be identifying a special needs girl called Loren. She is 5years old, in her view she required multi-agencies working together, she faces many problems at home. Loren lives with her mum, sister and dad, her mum has a mental illness. Loren enjoys going school because she was getting an opportunity to learn and was safe.(Health safety at work Act1974). The supporter tried to help her every day during school time and had to check her hygiene, the main problem was the health issues. She had come to school on the school bus so the supporter could take her. The supporter asked the driver if there was a problem on the bus because her behaviour varied during journeys, for example, if there were a lot of traffic she would start to yell. Her mum was not well and her dad did not explain the problem or situation at home to the school, so they are aware of it and would discuss this with senco, local authorities. However, her dad tried to ask help stop her from wearing nappies during the daytime.  They had discussed with the teacher, SENCO and the supporter while they explained of her hygiene. She mostly wore one pair of shoes until they wear unbearable which affected her walking. The school should give all staff training, to especially needs, and safeguard the senco. This opportunity is to improve understanding of sen and keep up to date with current support strategies, because senco usually trust teachers, and supports to advise Equality act 2010. The first met her mum, and my employee becomes a bit concerned that the support didn’t know about the mum and her illness. The dad was worried about the family issues and don’t write any information about the mum’s disability so the supports made the class teacher aware of this, as it was a cause of concern according to the rules and guideline of the setting in (2012).If she is safe at home or if there are any problems the school needs to know therefore they speak to social work if they can visit the home, and can observe her room and so the school know all the issues? The school could find beneficial activities or something for Loren for example, after-school clubs, swimming and other activities or other suitable activities for her that help her physically and mentally. The multi-agencies like the police were informed of Loren’s mum’s mental illness so that social workers, nurse, and school welfare could get a hold of this information. The multi-agencies (social worker) had faced arranging to meet the family at home forms any concern about. Because of the store of Victoria climbing’, which had contact with several agencies, none of the agencies made actions or warning signs. Therefore agencies like these need to improve information sharing.  Safeguarding act (2010).The two supports and the teacher will meet once a week to discuss and make a new plan if she needs to make more progress with her target of everyday activities, also they make a plan of meeting the parents as much as possible in which they will have to explain their children progress to them to get some information so that if they have problems they can ask SENCO to help them. After starting to go through the procedure they understand that she is hyperactive she also runs and makes a loud noise. The supports tell the family this so they can fix and avoid any recurring issue like spare clothing.which is real and legal changes between two of them can quickly get out of control which results in a permanent breakdown in communication. Safeguarding children, and working together is the priority of the school. Also, as teamwork in the children, and family support, social work always try to ensure families are supported, and to avoid crisis involvements. They are able to make sure referrals to access short breaks and assessments.ConclusionThe conclusion is how the school identifying the situation of special needs Loren and her family which is coming and to support her welfare in my challenges which are required to multi-agencies report.As I followed the rule of the school procedure that is special needs school required to understand on individual responsibility which I add leadership management and multi-agency, so understanding is simply transmitted many different and barriers of using  in a role of setting  to work in partnership in health and social care which is to make a choice overall services.Every parent knows their children and the way they react to rewards and punishments so the only person Loren can get help from at home is dad, and sisters because of that missing in mum side I believed having a more service in the setting in the school sectors and healthcare so will be useful for the miss communication effective sharing when after finding the vulnerable Loren situation which she obligatory.
